Byron Devrouax, MSW, LCSW

Byron earned his master’s degree in Social Work from Saint Louis University and a second graduate degree from Lindenwood University. He has advanced training in Trauma Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, the Wraparound Process, and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy.

Byron provides therapy to adults, families, and children facing a wide range of challenges, including trauma, depression and anxiety, child abuse, crisis situations, and grief or loss. He brings extensive experience from work in child welfare and the foster care system across both public and private sectors, as well as in hospital and school settings.

In his clinical practice, Byron incorporates Bowen Family Systems Theory and has a particular interest in supporting children and families. He is experienced in conducting comprehensive assessments and delivering culturally responsive, strength-based treatment. He also has specialized expertise in Cognitive Behavioral Interventions for Trauma in Schools.
