Katie Ingbretson, LCSW

Katie is a skilled therapist who earned her master’s degree in Clinical Social Work from the University of Missouri Columbia. With more than a decade of experience, she works with children, teens, and adults facing concerns such as stress, anxiety, depression, trauma, attachment challenges, adjustment to change, and grief and loss.

Katie is trained in Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing and Trauma Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy. She integrates these evidence-based approaches to support clients as they process difficult experiences and move toward healing. In addition to her clinical work, Katie provides school-based therapy services through the School Partnership Program, reflecting her commitment to the emotional well-being of young people.

Katie approaches therapy in a collaborative, relationship focused, and strength-based manner. She emphasizes each client’s self-determination and believes lasting change begins with recognizing one’s inherent strengths. Through compassionate and empowering care, she supports clients as they navigate challenges and pursue meaningful growth.
